Can I have implants placed on the same day as an extraction?
Sometimes. Immediate placement — removing a failing tooth and placing the implant in the same appointment — depends on the bone and gum at that site. Rachele, one of our Birmingham patients, had two implants placed this way. Carl will tell you honestly whether it is right for you after a 3D scan.
